HSL: Quick tip!

Hey everyone!

Just a quick tip here for my healthy living series :)

Remember that while going through any major lifestyle changes, the first three days are the hardest!

Day one, your pumped for your new lifestyle. You feel like you're on a high.
Day two, you realize how hard this is actually going to be. Cravings start kicking in, and you want to revert back to your old ways.
Day three, the turning point. This is the day of commitment. Either your doing this or not. I say, you've already gone 2 days, whats just two more? Take small steps, and set small goals. Achieveing your goals will really boost your confidence, making you stick to your original plans!

So many of the desicions we make are psychological. Work on that will-power baby!

lots of hugs :)

  2. Hey!

To be active it is recommended that you exercise roughly 30mins a day for 5 of the 7 days per week. You can combine days though, so sometimes I'll work out for an hour, and soemtimes just 30 mins. I usually aim to work out 4 times a week for an hour or an hour and a half. I'm a student, so my work schedule can get pretty crazy!!! I also try to combine my workouts with an overall healthy lifestyle (ie I dont smoke, and I eat fairly well).

All you can do is try your best. I know it sounds cheesy, but its true! You can't be expected to work out 7 days a week, 2 hours at a time! Who does that except celebrities who are paid to look good!

    Hope that helps
