So for those who don't know what my Healthy Living Series, or HLS on youtube is... I thought I'd explain.
I am a undergrad student in a Health Promotion degree at uni. I am by no means a professional, so all of the info I give is my own personal opinion. I recommend everyone to visit with their doctor before making any lifestyle changes.
Now with that being said, back to my HLS. I am going to continue this series on my blog. Its all about advice for being active, eating healthy, and feeling great in your own body. I may post some ideas on activities to do, snacks to have, or explaining things people ask about. I also may talk a bit about what I am doing in my own life to stay healthy. I'm sure many can relate to my experience of being a student on a budget, but still wanting to be healthy!
