Nutrition and Exercise; its not one or the other

Hey Beauties,

So today I thought I'd let you all know the best way to get a fit body: combine nutritious eating with physical activity. They go hand in hand, just like peanut butter and jelly. Seperated, they can obviously do your body some good, but paired together they are a fat fighting, muscle building machiene!

Eating well is a great way to get rid of all of the toxins in your body, and fill it with delicious nutrients. You are also supplying your body with everything it needs to burn fat, and build muscles. Without these proper nutrients, all of that weight lighting will go to waste.

Exercising on a regular basis is just as important. You will be burning the calories you put into your body, and building muscle that will burn calories long after you stop working out. All of that muscle can't be seen under a flabby belly, so you need to eat healthy to first, provide your body with energy to work out, and second, to get rid of that squishy stuff covering your newly created muscles!

So in summary, incorperating both into your life will do your body good! Start slow though. Like I've said before, diving head first into this may not be the best thing. Lets start with dipping your toes in, and then slowly move up to our knees.
